Kristen and Jeremy Robertson are hosting the BDTas AGM 2023 in Gawler NW Tasmania on Saturday 7th October 2023.
The AGM will start at 10:00am, so if you intend to attend please be there by 9:45am.
The meeting will be followed by lunch, which Kristen and Jeremy have kindly offered to cater. Kristen and Jeremy have also suggested that their property has plenty of camping space if you have camping equipment.
After lunch there will be ample opportunity to socialise during some BD activities (e.g., burying 501, retrieving 500, etc.), as determined by Kristen’s and Jeremy’s property needs.
If you would like to attend please confirm your attendance (or offer an apology) by email to the BDTas Coordinator Trevor Crowe trevor@anamsolas.org by Saturday 30th September. This will also allow us to send you the relevant AGM documents (e.g., agenda, minutes from 2022 AGM, BDTas Council positions that are due for re-election, etc.), the address and so on.
